What is Tables for Reports?

This software generate tables with information on the setup program used during tests with the MK2 tester. All tables generated can be use in the final customer report. File accepted: ".device.xml" from SCIMITAR.exe and/or ".html" from RUIYU.exe.

MK2 Reports

What is MK2 Reports ?

This software generate tables with information of setup program from result xml files (directly after tests with MK2 tester. No need to export files). All tables generated will be use in the final customer report. File accepted: ".result.xml" from SCIMITAR.exe and/or ".html" from RUIYU.exe. Possibility to zip all files when more than 15.

A link is created to raw data and can be communicated to customer to be used with "Kabu Viewer" software of this website. 

In the initial window, 4 options are availables :

• Generate only corresponding link : do not render setup or data details
• Setup only : do not render link or data details
• Setup & Data : render link, setup and data details
• Html Mapping : used if the results were handled by RUIYU tool first (All results will be according to RUIYU analysis)

If Html Mapping option is not used, the data result will be according to the tester analysis results.

MK2 to Nami

What is MK2 to Nami ?

This software generate several Nami ".txt" files from automatic waveform captured on scope by MK2 as follows: 

• Auto MK2 Verification (AMV): allows to simply split files from automatic MK2 tester CALIBRATION. This option will render zip files for all levels applied on each source. Single device name => #P4_Hjs.result.xml ; Multiple devices file => verif_auto.zip
• Traling Pulses Image (TPI): allows to generate image from traling pulse capture with scope. This option will render zip files with each traling pulse. Device name type => Trailing_pulse_4kV.zip
